2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Products:

  • Unopened and unused pet food items (sealed packaging only).

  • Unused accessories or products in original packaging.

  • Services (like grooming or cleaning) can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used pet food/treats.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Services already rendered or cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at PetMedsDirect@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check with your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at PetMedsDirect@protonmail.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
